Ans: By choosing Sign Up option you can create your account, Once you create your account you can sign in.

e.g. enter your basic details like First Name, Last Name, Username, Email like shayank@gmail.com, choose a password, enter the date of birth in DD/MM/YY form, enter gender details, enter Captcha shown in the last column, click on the box “accept the terms and conditions”.
After the above process, your account will be created and you can sign in.

Ans: You already created your account and forget the password, then Click on Log in box, you will get a pop up box and below there is an option of Forget Password. When you click on forget the password, you need to enter registered email ID or mobile no., now you need to select an option to receive a code over registered mail or mobile no., Now you can reset your password.

Ans: Be sure you’re using the same email address that you used to reset when signing in to your account. Also, note that passwords are case-sensitive; make sure there are no extra spaces in the password field when you try to sign in. Contact us if you continue to have trouble.

Ans: Once you created your account in O-zone, you can search your friend and follow them, like their post. Similarly, You can post any news, videos and your live location.
On your profile page, you will see a box on top, which says “Let me say”. In the box, you can write anything or paste any link, choose category of your pasted link or feed, click on post and it will post on your wall.

Ans: If you want to share any News or Feed from your friends wall, Click on arrow option below feed, by clicking on that the same feed will appear on your wall.

Ans: Below “Let me Say” box you will see an icon of camera to upload photographs.

e.g. Click on the icon, choose photograph from your file in your computer or phone, choose category, and click on post.

Ans: Above “Let me Say” box you will see an icon of camera to upload video.

e.g. Click on the icon, choose video from your file in your computer or phone, choose category, and click on post.

Ans: Any unwanted news feed, photo and videos uploaded mistakenly or later you want to delete. Then

Click on right upside of news feed, photograph or video. You will get a drop down with two options edit and delete. Choose the option and delete or edit the post.
