No+annual+increment+for+non-performing+employees%3A+Government%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0ANEW+DELHI%3A+Non-performing+Central+government+employees+will+not+get+annual+increment+if+their+performance+is+not+up+to+the+mark%2C+the+Centre+has+said.%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0A%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0AThe+benchmark+for+performance+appraisal+for+promotion+and+financial+upgradation+has+been+enhanced+to+%E2%80%9Cvery+good%E2%80%9D+from+%E2%80%9Cgood%E2%80%9D+level%2C+the+finance+ministry+said+in+an+order+notifying+implementation+of+Seventh+Central+Pay+Commission%E2%80%99s+recommendations.%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0A%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0AThe+Modified+Assured+Career+Progression+%28MACP%29+scheme+will+continue+to+be+administered+at+10%2C+20+and+30+years+of+service+as+before%2C+the+ministry+said+as+it+%E2%80%9Caccepted%E2%80%9D+the+pay+panel%E2%80%99s+recommendations.%3Cbr+%2F%3E%0D%0AThe+recommendation+of+%E2%80%9Cwithholding+of+annual+increments+in+the+case+of+those+employees+who+are+not+able+to+meet+the+benchmark+either+for+MACP+or+a+regular+promotion+within+the+first+20+years+of+their+service%E2%80%9D+has+been+%E2%80%9Caccepted%E2%80%9D%2C+it+said.
