SBK Music Star 2021
SBK Music Star 2021 Challenge is a Unique music competition where the original lyrics writers, musicians & singers will pitch with their original songs. There will be songs in the challenge in categories of Eight languages viz. Hindi, English, Marathi, Guajarati, Punjabi, Bangla, Bhojpuri and Rajasthani. It is one of its first kind of competitions in which original lyrics and music will only be used in a song. This platform provides a wonderful opportunity not only to singers but also to the lyricists & musicians. There will be both online & offline music competition where lyricists, singers & musicians will be awarded with long term recognition coupled with prominence. There will prominent jury members who will assess and awards will be given by the chief guests.
Level 1
Contestants will have to register on SBK Music Star 2021 Challenge. At level one they will have to upload their songs which should be having their original lyrics. The song so uploaded will be available for play till May 22nd, 2021. During the said period contestants will have to promote their songs on SBK Music so as to achieve 500 plays in order to qualify for the screening round. SBK Music Jury will shortlist 50 songs out of the songs having 500 or more plays. In each language 50 songs will qualify to move to next level.
Level 2
Here the shortlisted 50 songs registered user will be given a topic/theme and they have to create an original song thereafter. In this level, 12 semi finalists out of the total qualified contestants will be shortlisted on the basis of number of plays and jury choice. These 12 participants will have to qualify for Semi-Final among the 50 shortlisted contestants.
Semi Final
Semi final will be held for different languages on different dated between 21st, June to 29th June. The 5 finalists from each language/ songs/category will shift to final.
Final
The final event will be a live event where the five finalists in each language/ songs/category will undergo training from music school. They will compete final where 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be given.
