Exam season is on the calendar, now this year it is your turn. Here we present Tips and Tricks to follow during the Board exams as CBSE 12th board exam started in 15th February and will be ended on April 3. Also, CBSE 10th board exam will conduct from 21st February to 29th March. Simultaneously, other state board exams will also conduct in every state. You all have prepared completely one year for this big event in your life. You followed your teachers, coaching, notes, sleepless nights and a lot you did as much as possible you can. Now, what else left, what lacks you behind? You did all before exams, what you do and follow during the exams that is one of the key points to succeed. These tips below here will help your success exam:

  1. Make your Revision Time

You have your exam schedule in your hand. Now, don’t panic if you already inhabit that is good if not yet so first thing to do just make schedule of your day to day life till last date of exam.  Don’t you’re your head in books and hope for the best. Mention time for revisions, study a little each day and give your brain a break every 45 minutes. Avoid cramming the night before – it’s not the way to guarantee a good mark.

  1. At least 15 minutes exercise

During the exams continuously seating, reading and stress can exhaust your mind and body. That results if you already completed your revision still unable to recall. To avoid this take regular break, include any physical activity at least for 15 minutes any time in the whole day, but if possible best in the morning. Go for walk, start meditation, play badminton, cycling, spend time relaxing with friends etc.

  1. Group Study

OK, this step needs careful action. Prefer group study, it will provide you with variety and moral support, plus it’s motivating to have people around you who are working towards the same goals. Choose your group near to your place or can do digital group study, that will save your time.

  1. Ask for help

Don’t be hesitate to ask your teachers for help- they will be glad to assist you. If you need clarification on a topic you are struggling with, then ask them to talk you through it. Don’t panic in silence when there’s a support network around you.

  1. Mock Test

During the exam, you cannot just flip each page of your notebooks. Prefer mock tests, if possible then take online mock tests. There are no. of online websites provide you mock test series, which will help with your revision, time management, detail solutions.

  1. No Addition

Don’t add or read new topics. Stand stick and strong what you have already known and read, add something new in last minute can risk for existing solutions or image in mind.

  1. Prep. a Night Before

Pack everything you need into the bag the night before – this way you can avoid last minute rush the next day. Include essential items pens, pencils, a calculator, wrist watch and water.

  1. Get Good sleep

Good sleep is good for the brain. Get full eight hours sleep each night and avoid studying till the early hours.

  1. Mandatory Breakfast

Get up early and eat breakfast – whether you feel like it or not. Avoid oily Or fast food.

Hunger will slow down your brain, plus who wants a rumbling tummy in the exam room?

Also, wear comfortable clothes with layers you can add or remove – you don’t know how warm or cold the exam room will be.

  1. Take your time in the exam room

While waiting outside the exam room avoid discuss with your friends what you have studied. Probably you all have studied slightly different things so don’t panic each other.

Just sit quietly outside the exam room, breathe deeply and avoid looking at your notes. Once inside, read the exam instructions carefully. Keep eye on the clock.

If you don’t know the answer to any question, skip it and return to it later. Never leave an exam early, use your time given to fully complete and revise your answer. And remember you can only do your best.
